Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by kk66 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each registered kk66 player bears sole responsibility for their account and all activity conducted through it. Specifically, you agree to the following:

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the kk66 platform:

• Deposits are credited to your kk66 account balance in real time or within the timeframe communicated by your payment provider. kk66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• kk66 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are solely the player's responsibility.

kk66 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for all verified players. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions on the kk66 platform:

• Verification Requirement: Before processing any withdrawal, kk66 may require the player to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of their CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment account used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the kk66 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk66 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kk66 platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not kk66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kk66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform and these terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player into their kk66 account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kk66 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.
• The platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though kk66 employs industry-standard security measures).
• Any specific outcome in any game or betting market is guaranteed.

Players use the kk66 platform entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

kk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policy published by kk66.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kk66 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account after all applicable checks have been completed. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless kk66 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

kk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
